The commercial faculty. Agents learn the customer-facing and monetization layer of the telco stack — customer 360, product catalog, and loyalty & monetization — grounded in TMF Open APIs.
Growth & Planning
The expansion faculty. Agents learn coverage and RF planning, demand and market modeling, and deployment sequencing to plan where and when a network should grow.
Incident & Resilience
The specialty school for staying calm under fire. Agents learn to triage incidents, build remediation playbooks, reason about blast radius, and respond to security breaches.
Network Intelligence
The analytics specialty. Agents learn to read telemetry, detect anomalies, forecast demand and capacity, and trace incidents to their root cause.
Network Operations
RAN, Core/Provisioning, and Transport operations — keeping the live network healthy. The first specialty school after Foundations.
