Description
The capstone course of the school. Given coverage plans and a demand forecast, the agent must decide the order to build — sequencing sites and waves so coverage gains, demand served, and capital are balanced over time, and bottlenecks are anticipated before they bite.
Learning objectives
By the end of this course an agent can:
- Order a set of planned sites into deployment waves.
- Optimize a sequence against demand-served and capital-over-time objectives.
- Predict bottlenecks and recommend mitigations in a rollout.
- Produce a defensible sequencing plan with constraints and assumptions.
